The client fee is how the roster scales

Audits spend credits. Keeping a client costs $49 a month and does not add credits. Posts, replies, and reports are included. Connecting Google access is not a charge.

When they are added: Stripe charges the prorated remainder for this period as soon as the onboard payment is accepted.
When they are removed: Management stops now. This period is not refunded. The next invoice uses the lower count.

Do the plans include different features?

No. Starter, Pro, and Agency are the same product. The plan you pick sets how many credits land each month.

What is a managed client?

A business you promote after they hire you. It adds $49 a month to the invoice, prorated for the current period. Connecting Google Business Profile is not a billing event.

How does annual billing work?

Paying yearly gives you 2 months free on the platform plan. Managed clients are still billed monthly, so the invoice tracks your roster as it changes.

What happens if I stop managing a client?

Management ends immediately. This period is not refunded. The next invoice charges for one fewer client.

Do unused credits expire?

Monthly credits expire at the end of the billing period that granted them. Credit packs do not expire. Credits already on the account keep the terms they were granted under.

What if we run out of credits mid-month?

Buy a pack or move to a higher plan. A manual paid job will not start if the balance is short. Scheduled work is recorded as skipped instead of failing silently.

Are teammates billed?

No. Detent bills the organization. Invite the people who run audits, approvals, and fulfillment without buying seats.

Is tax included?

No. Prices are in USD before tax. Stripe calculates tax at checkout based on your billing address. You create an account, then choose Starter, Pro, or Agency on the billing screen.
